Food diary - mainly red days

On Wednesday though you put that you had 2x hex b and you only had one that I can see. I don't know if you can but maybe you could count it as yesterday's second hex b, carry it over type thing. I May be wrong! :)

Was a very bad girl yesterday
Bad as in pints of beer, garlic bread with cheese, double chic muffin and must not forget the Chinese takeaway!
That's my last planned night out how until heading down south towards the end of may so looking to keep halo on in the meantime!
Plus time to start exercising - keep looking at my bike but not riding it!

8 - King prawn omelette from chippy (6 syns oil)
100g egg fried rice (6 syns from memory but need to check!!!!! Can't find the book!!!)

Sounds like a great night :D Maybe not SW great, but life great! I might try making some garlic bread with cheese, havent had it in FORVEVER!

Sunday's food!

B - boiled egg x 3, 2 x whlml (B)
D - alien light x 2 (B) was out and about tent shopping
4 - melon & pineapple, roast chicken no skin
7.30 - BBQ as friend decided earlier in the day to have one when it was nice and bright. By the time we lit it, was cold, grey and threatening to rain - but we are slight BBQ addicts so wasn't a question if we should persevere!
Syns estimated best as possible from last years book.......
BBQ ribs (7.5 syns). Salad
BBQ chicken drumsticks (ate skin) 3 pieces (15 syns)
Steak, cheddar (A) on a
Wholemeal 82g barm from tesco with oats on (think 10 syns but not 100%)

so 32.5 for BBQ. Oops. Now starts the super good behaviour before we tho caning for a week in Newquay at end of may. Ideally want between half and a stone off for then.
Not going to get weighed until Friday as think it's a pretty safe bet it would be counter productive!
Sensible food prepared for work tomorrow, back on plan ;)

Inches changed as detailed below.......

Weight 211 original now 189lbs
Waist was 40" now 37" (-3")
Hips was 45" now 41" (-4")
Chest was 43" now 40" (-3")
Back was 36" now 33" (-3")
Calf -1" (so one inch each leg = 2")

no change to thigh / arms - YET!

So lost 16" so far!!!!!

Last time I checked was mid feb when had lost exactly a stone, had dropped 8" then so has since doubled
14's fitting in a lot of cases now was 16's, still 34F but better then a 36F!
Nice little motivator for me there!

Really enjoyed the fakeaway, shouldn't have had the alpen light a bit of a waste of syns which otherwise would have been Ruthin daily 15 max, however that's what happens when you get up late and didn't bother making anything the night before!
 
Saturday's body magic - kayak lesson!
Apparently burnt 375 calories - if the gym was that fun I might actually go! Looming forward to a repeat next Saturday!

Have been having too many hexb so potato had to be synned - only had potatoes as an occasional treat as I don't seem to lose when eating them tend to sts so think they don't suit me.
Made a large pan of super free soup (all the veg I could find with a sprinkle of paprika & garlic)
Plan on having this for lunch all week and getting back on the scan bran & back on track, plan on weigh in on Friday - haven't had official weigh ibs for last week as don't want it to de motivate me as I know gain was most likely outcome off a day off plan each of the last 2 weeks
