Food diary - mainly red days

Did have energetic plans about going camping this weekend however the weather is not looking good - was going to get out and about on the bike but is now looking a bit weather dependant!
 
Thursday's Food!

Thankfully last day at work for 4 days!

8 - whlml dry toast x 2 (B) bacon, fry lite egg
12 - grapes
2 - my free veg soup, scan bran x 3 (3 syns)
Crabsticks x 8, melon & pineapple
7 - whlml pitta (B) lettuce
SW melting burgers - cheddar (A)
Whilst waiting for the above had thinly slices steak with fry lite mushrooms
10 - velvet crunch (4 syns)
Ww mini roll (4.5 syns)

Syns - 11.5, a x 2, b x 2

Currently can't decide still on where to camp although regardless of where I'm going have packed my diet treats and wrote my BBQ shopping list!
 
Was meant to be camping this weekend too, but scared of the cold :) love BBQ on a red day. Have a lovely time wherever you go x
 
WI this morning - pound off!
22lb off now! Shopping done all BBQ based foods for camping - only naughty syns will be the litre of gin!
Mayhe if it's rains may have to have a few pints in the anglesey locals!

Confessions of an epically naughty weekend ;(

Friday started well, then went tits up as the first can of beer was opened! ***OFF PLAN***
B - whlml pitta (B) bacon, fry lite egg
L - wafer chicken on nimble x 2 (B)
Pineapple & melon
Set off to Anglesey.....
2 - banana
7 - got the BBQ on! Opened the first of many red stripes, then proceeded to eat lamb chops, BBQ chicken with skin, BBQ ribs, corn on the cob x 2
Lots of red stripe
Then it started raining.....
So off to the pub for a few more pints & some bacon fries
A bag of caramel eggs, box of mikado

Saturday ***OFF PLAN***again started well....
10 - whlml pitta (B) bacon, fry lite egg
1 - Punnet of purple grapes
3 - whlml pitta (B) SW melting burgers(A) cheddar done to perfection on BBQ, with lettuce and bacon
Then started on the stubby beers then red stripe
Tea then became fish and chips and gravy - seemed rude not to when staying near the sea!
Whlml nimble x 2
Caramel egg for dessert

Sunday 8th April ***OFF PLAN***
11 - whlml pitta (b) bacon, fry lite egg
1 - Ww mini roll (4.5 syns)
Velvet crunch (4 syns)
4. - steak & cheese (A) lettuce, whlml pitta (B)
Then opened beer and got the munches.......
Quarter of packet of golden crunch!
Frazzles crisps
8 - BBQ chicken with skin, BBQ ribs, steak/cheese
Cheesecake! Several varieties tasted each

Monday!!!!! Still off plan!!!
Breakfast......
After waking up to find the porch waterlogged, packed up, chucked the tent as it was STILL raining didn't fancy cooking...... So headed home
After an hour in traffic on the a55 gave in and got KFC for breakfast

Have now had a string word with myself and will be focusing on damage control this week!
No more beer / KFC / cheesecake / biscuits (unless they say weight watchers on them!)
Definitely banned from beer as soon as alcohol arrived I not only got the rebellious munches, I also decided to have a smoke!

Well done for cofessions!!! I have done the same and am ready for 100% bk on plan.

I hope u do better than me at WI tho as I gained 7lbs - however this is over a week of 'off plan' days where breakfast was 'ok' then everything went downhill after xx

WI due on Friday so hopefully I have time for a bit of damage control. Sts would be good though to be fair

B - KFC. (not sure but lots of syns!)

T - m&s chunky steak, cauliflower, broccoli
Ww mini roll (4.5 syns)

Fresh fruit, scan bran, roast ham, cottage cheese prepared for work

Hopefully reliance on scan bran will undo some damage this week!
 
Hi no its not I literally just boil abs blend a load of celery, leek, cauliflower, broccoli & mushrooms and chuck in some herbs and stock cubes - cooking is not my forte!
There's plenty of free soup recipes on here that others have put on, have a look at pete's recipes I think? He has many good ones

His recipes are pretty epic all worth a kook

I normally have 2 types of soup but then get bored of eating it lol I struggle on red days as I love carbs so will definitely be following this thread!

Think I must have been confused due to lack of beer and sugar!

Only a pound less than previous day - but down is good! Need to get rid of this bloat then back to pre bank holiday weight of 189, 195 this morning

Much better, think the scan bran has kicked in now! I love my red days, although gonna have done naughty beer tomorrow. With a friend has been arranged for ages so won't be feeling guilty about the amount I'm planning on drinking

Looking forward to tea out Ruth a friend tomorrow coupled with some serious beer! Feel as though I deserve a blow out as certain people getting right on my nerves!
