Food diary - mainly red days

Well its not bad if you can drink & still loose weight!!
 
Wednesday

Ham cheese (A1) omelette
Milk in drinks (A2)

Whlml roll (B2) ham

Jerk spiced chicken & sweet potato wedges (1.5) plus (1 syn) oil in actifry

Tunnocks wafer can't remember syns but under 15 total for the day ;)
 
Been quite a bad girl since last logged in - the usual cycle of eating crap for an energy boost and feeling rubbish!
Prepared and ready to crack on tomorrow
Weighed earlier at 14.8 not too bad considering how I have been behaving!
