Tea was bolognese with extra lean mince, added plenty of mushrooms and onions with Dolmio sauce (4 syns) on jacket potato (B2)
Only had miniature baking pots so small I had 2 to make up 8ozs! OH had spag bol ( pasta bloats me so not worth bothering with the syns hence the jacket potatoes!)
Adding in syns of quavers 4.5 and kinder bars 7

Tried Lidl for my weekly shop as it closest to where I live. £52 not too bad but I think I prefer Aldi. Had not sweet potatoes so went Asda who also had none - will hunt some down tomorrow as they feature heavily in my planned weekly meals!
Spent further £7 in asda. Plan on trying to be frugal with the food shopping in Jan to get into good habits for this year!
So todays plan to get into a good routine for work has already falied. Was in bed for midnight but awake until 3am so hence didn't get up early and go swimmimg as I had planned!
Just woke up, trying to decide if its a bit too icy to get my bike out
Monday - return to work
Mental day, it seems three weeks off results in a lot of urgent jobs waiting for me!

Skinny latte nero A2 - couldn't have coped without that today! Sleep finally arrived after 3am, alarm went off at 6am - seems I am paying for my rebellious drinking all night sleeping all day routine in the holidays!

Been stupidly busy at work so not been updating. Weighed in Friday 15.5 1/4 so only 2 1/4 pound lost! Not amused as usually would get half a stone off in the first week. Reckon it is down ti going the gym as never usually lose anything when I first start going. Had a chippy tea and 6 cans of beer last night sulking - oops
Just trying to decide if I should go to Aldi and food shop, or paint the bannister
