Food diary - mainly red days

Tuesday - off sick

12 - Apple

1 - Ww wrap (5) bacon, mushrooms, cheese (A1)

7 - whlml bread (B1) roast chicken

9 - hairy bikers Bolognese??? (1) with melted cheese on bed of cauliflower & broccoli

10 - dairy milk (5)
Syns - 11, A - 2, B - 1

Feeling better than yesterday thankfully no sickness today (appetite not quite back but it hasn't stopped me eating - no surprise there!)
still really cold achey and headache - unusual for me as I don't normally feel the cold, couldn't get warm at all last night slept in big pjs and a dressing gown.
Assuming now I will still be off tomorrow as can feel headache starting again

Feeling much better tonight so should be back in work tomorrow!

Back to work tomorrow have gym stuff all packed, will either go straight to the gym or on the bike
 
Didn't make it to the gym - was starving after work so went straight home for tea!
Oops! Next going saturday

Ah well you've been ill, prob best for your health to miss it for a couple of days to fully recover :)

Fajitas - mmm had forgot how much I liked these! Wraps needed using so a rare synful tea for me today!

Had to use the wraps, have been putting off as font like using syns in meals but mmmm they were good! Could have been lower syns with pitta instead but have run out!
Happy with syns as went to my first ever sober gig last night, so reckon only 10 extra is better than the syns that would have been in 10 pints!
Went to something a friend already had tickets for not having heard if them, thankfully it turns out European gypsy style jazz punk as they described themselves is pretty damn good!
Drove as a friend on medication so can't drink - so it was enforced good behaviour but all adds to the cause!

Need to get in an epic bike ride plus a gym visit this week - I will hit 3 stone lost before I go away!

Ended up going the gym as its really windy!
Was painful as not been for a week, like starting again!
Did 40 minutes resistance, and 5 mins on a sort of cross trainer that focuses on shrinking your waist
Could do with a snooze now!

Oops tea was a bit naughty, had been at friends until late on was past thoughts of cooking healthy food then! Thoroughly enjoyed

Could be a lot worse, you haven't eaten much in the day so you should be fine :) plus you enjoyed it and didn't scoff lots extra!
