Food diary-please read & comment need help!

    Ok so this is my 2nd week of slimming world,lost 2lbs 1st week but am starting to worry im eatin way to much (especialy today)so could anyone just check and tell me if and were i might be going wrong.Thankyou

    Green Day

    Breakfast-2 eggs scrambled with small tin of beans.Alpen light cereal bar (half hexb)

    Luch-2 slices of toast 400g loaf (hexb) with 28g chedder (hexa) Mug shot and muller light yog.

    Dinner-2 quorn sausages,baked beans and sw chips.Muller light yog.

    Snacks-Alpen light bar (other half of hexb) and 2 curly wurlys-total 12 syns

    Any advice will be much apretiated.x

    Hi there! I don't know why you think you're going wrong. Your menu looks absolutely fine to me. Although you really need to be piling in loads of fruit and vegetables! You've had none today except for the beans. Try including some as part of every meal and snack.

    Thank you for looking.Think its just trying to get my head round the idea of loosing weight whilst eatin so much and so many nice things.Yea i do struggle with fruit and veg as i dont really like them much,i do have strawberrys mixed with youghurt sometimes tho.Will try and get some veg in my dinners tho.
