Never mind at least u didnt gain! why don't u try n change ur wi day? cos u may just weigh a little heavier on a mon after the wk end? Xx

Yay that might be a good idea actually might change it to a Friday or Saturday morning instead.when do u weigh in?xx

I had to change my WI day from Wednesday to Friday coz I like to enjoy myself at the weekend:) it's certainly helped me.

Exactly kez least then I can enjoy myself on a fri eve without feeling too bad how u getting on?
 
Yeh u can! I havent been too bad actually, feel quite snacky today tho so will Have to try n b good cos it's weigh in tomorrow xx

Every morning I get the feeling of 'really don't want to do it'but once it's done I feel better for doingbit of exercise that day!no where near ready for level 3 yet tho level 2 is killing me too much!lol xx
