Food diary (we'll see if it helps)

Hey folks joining in so i can have some inspiration and be good lol :)

I put on 2lbs this morning so i'm determined to have a good week !

Breakfast : crunchy nut cornflakes :5

Snack:crispy slices 3 Ww oat bites 2

Lunch : toast 5 tuna 2 mayo 2
meringue 1 custard 3 tinned fruit 0

dinner : (Buffet at my sisters) 2 mini chicken salmon 3 kievs 5 sausage 2 potatoes 2 veg FREE!
meringue 1 custard 3 tinned fruit 0

snack ww oat bites 2

37 of 37 used :)
Need to go to bed now or sit on my hands lol
 
saturday

breakfast :Toast & banana 5
cooked ham 2
Snack:meringue nest, fruit and custard 4
lunch: Egg in a cup & toast 10
Dinner: Ww recipe cajun chicken and rice 10 (left some maybe 2-3 points) (it was sooo filling)

Still to have pudding: meringue nest fruit and custard 4 ww oat bites 2

I dont use weeklys I use them for milk and sugar over the week !

so full today and have ate really well ! x
 
Your diary has had over 140 page views, and I can see it. I think most people put their food diaries in a specific thread on the stickies, although I'm not sure.
 
Yes we can see it but there is a thread for the food diaries so it may be worth putting it there but your diary does sound good x
