Right will start a serious fresh tomo-goin on hol in june wiv my skinny girlies n dnt wanna be too self-conscious so got 3 months to lose some weight! At uni in second yr n hav put on 2 stone since started :(, before i never struggled wiv weight. Need to get it 2getha!

Start weight: 11st 5lb :(:(:(
By june want to be 10 stone. :)
Overall target weight: 9st 7lb.

21 points available....try and save 4 everyday to use if needed during week.
Hopefully this diary will help motivate me and keep me more on track. fingers crossed! START tomorrow!

Right had a bit of a treat day (which i deserved after passing one of my exams!) but still within points although did use all banked points 2day as well lol. :eek: but didnt go ova which is the main thing!

soooooooo bk at uni after weekend at home...fri night had chinese (chow mein and chop sui-picked at both on table) so that was gud..BUT then...lol...sat night went round to grandparents to see fam n had indian takeaway...opted for chicken tandoori, which was gud but had 3/4 of chicken instead of half chicken so that was 3 extra points...then had icecream :eek:, then some ferrero roches :eek:. bad bad me....so yeh kinda fell off the wagon a bit there. Today had sunday dinner n then 2 meranges which were yummy so that was ok.
Have just weighed to see the damage of sat night..n to my relief i have LOST 2 pounds!! :) Not as much as would have liked to have lost but at least its going the right way..down!! So now 11.3lbs. Must keep going!!
Went shoppin ova weekend to sains so now stocked up with weight watchers food n yummy things to make it easier. Roll on week 2-hopefully another successful week!

Finding it hard this evening cus feelin bit low n want some comfort food but resisting temptation.
Got to save banked points for 2mo evening as goin out for m8s bday..possibly goin out for mexican meal n lowest stuff i can find to have is chicken fajetas or chili con carne which are both bout 14. Hoping not going for meal though as wud rather save my points for some drinks! will see how it goes....
 
soooo sat had 23 points saved up (took 4 from today as well) n was ready to use my points on alcohol but then my birthday m8 bought a indian for us to hav b4 so had to use loads of my points on that as she had only bought masala n korma....n then there were nibbles at hers n lots of drink.....n e way prob went ova my points quite a bit...but it was a gud nite lol.
Then today stuck to points (17)
Just weighed and...........3 pounds off!! :)
So 5 pounds lost in 2 weeks! :) Now 11st.
Planning for next week:
Going out to bella italia for m8s bday and have found nice pasta meal for 7 pts. Sat goin for bbq and then on to union so will need to save some points for that as well.

not goin gud..my housem8 wants to go out for sunday dinner at whetherspoons on sun..which is 21 points!! :eek: n then sposed to be goin out 2mo nite for m8s bday so wanted points for alcohol...cud be VERY tight! will hav to eat VERY low tomo which is not v likely to happen n then be VERY restrained wiv the drinkin 2mo nite..also not v likely to happen. ooooo dear..will just have to try...n hope for the best :sigh:
