    Hey all, i'm back on plan 100% this week to loose some pounds..

    iv planned untill monday... let me know what you think..

    obvs il ahve loads of fluids and loads of fruit and raw veg to snack on between meals..

    Thursday

    2 Alpen Lights HEB
    2 Shape yoghurts

    Pasta bake – Tuna, pasta, passata, spring onions and peppers
    Topped with 28g cheddar cheese HEA


    Lamb shank in mint gravy (1 syn) with mash potato made with very low fat natural yoghurt, with cabbage and carrots.


    Friday

    2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf.
    Bacon, all fat removed and cooked in fry-light, with tomatoes.
    1 shape yoghurt

    Left over pasta bake topped with 28g cheddar cheese HEA


    Sausage casserole (3syns) with mixed vegetables and crispy roast potatoes.


    Saturday
    28g of Porridge topped with sweetener HEB


    Sausage, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans


    Home –made extra lean burgers topped with 28g cheddar cheese HEA with salad and southern fried crispy wedges (2syns)


    Sunday
    2 Alpen lights and 1 shape yoghurt

    Bacon pasta bake – pasta, passata, herbs, bacon, and onions topped with 28g cheddar cheese HEA

    Roast dinner, chicken wrapped in bacon, crispy roast potatoes, gravy (2syns) parsnips and mixed vegetables.




    Monday
    28g of porridge topped with sweetener HEB


    Left over bacon pasta bake with 28g cheddar cheese HEA


    Chicken curry with brown rice (5syns)
