For the savoury nibbles

I had nice steak mince left the other day and made some nice little frikadelles/meatball I can nibble on when I crave savoury food between the main meals.
I seasoned the mince well with salt, pepper, garlic, a little bit of parsley and onion. I also put some fromage frais in it, so they wouldn't be too dry.
Having formed the into small balls, I fried then in the pan with a little bit of spray lite.
They turned out absolutely lovely.

I made a dip from fromage frais and mint to go with them, really enjoyed it.
