Frances' PP Diary

You'll not be cold for long Frances, trust me! Layer up THIN layers of clothing. Get yourself a light running jacket in case of rain (and for visibility), rained on me tonight! The plan doesn't start you off doing 5k of course, its all about the build up. I need to figure out somewhere that's 5k aswell before feb lol!

Thanks girls am chuffed.. Brings me almost back to where I was before my birthday celebrations.. Not that i'v been off plan at all since then.. Just been full of gains n sts's.. So its good to be on the losing train again :)
 
Friday 06th Jan

Water: 3 litres
Drinks: Half mug tea.

Brekkie: 30g Porridge made on water - 3pp

Lunch: 0pp Veg Soup. Turkey slice (1) 2 brown pan bread (4) Tomato. Cucumber. Lettuce. onion - 5pp

Snack: Apple. Orange. Fresh pineapple - 0pp

Dinner: (130g Pork Mince. 100g Mash. Onion. Carrot. Bisto gravy) Shepherds Pie - 9pp

Snack: Chocolate (3) Digestive(2) Popcorn (4) - 9pp

Total: 26/29
Not used any weekies as yet.. May hav a take away this evening for dinner as I restart them tomoro.. :) Nice treat for doing so well... Or then again... I might keep on plan and hope for another similar loss next week... Will see :)

I kno its awful sad.. I can't believe it.. He was such a nice man.. Had a hard life but.. God love him..

Thanks Laura.. Was chuffed.. Thought it'd take at least 2 weeks to get back to preChristmas weight so am delighted..

Not started training at all.. d'ya kno its SOOO cold out there.. Its bitter!! I can't bring myself to go out..
