Free on red - jerk chicken recipe

    Diet:
    Slimming World - Green Days only.
    Jerk Chicken

    Ingredients:-

    3 Chicken Breasts
    1 Yellow Pepper
    1 Green pepper
    1 Red Pepper
    2 Onions
    1 Pineapple
    New Potatoes - HEXB
    Garlic
    Chilli
    Paprika
    Ginger

    Method:-

    Fry everything in fry light except the Potatoes and Pineapple.
    Slice and boil the potatoes and leave to one side.
    When the Chicken etc is cooked add the potatoes and pineapple and serve.


    N.B don’t cook the pineapple as then it would count as syns.
