Hi There,
Just made a delicious soup that is so filling and so low calorie too.
So I am sharing it with you .
4 Onions
1 Parsnip
5 Carrots
I Swede
1 Red Pepper
2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes
Mixed Herbs
Stock cubes to taste
Black Pepper
Simmer together until vegetables are soft and then put through liquidizer.It is a thick soup.
I use my kenwood chef.
It made a huge saucepan full and tastes yummy!!
Free for either red or green day.
I had it tonight with half a can of baked beans mixed into the soup.
