Cruise PV french mustard and mushroom chicken

[CPL]

French mustard Chicken with mushrooms

Cubed chicken

1 tsp tarragon

Garlic

Sliced Mushrooms,

Onions

Salt & pepper and Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Sauce

Skimmed milk

Cornflour to thicken

2 tsp French mustard (add more for personal taste)


Dry fry onions then add chicken, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and tarragon. cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Make up sauce, then pour over the chicken.

Im sure people can tinker with this for their own personal taste.

i used dried but i would have used fresh if i had some, I dont like Dijon mustard or English mustard so it would taste different if you used them. I made a big batch and portioned it into plastic containers for the freezer.
