Hi All,
Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask...but I've just read somewhere that pre grated cheese needs to be syn'd rather than a HE, is this true? As I always get the pre-grated stuff!
Thanks

I dont think its true - grated cheese is just cheese - i would buy it, but it tends to be more expensive!! i dont mind grating my own! x

Thanks Ellebear that's good news!.....I'm afraid if I grate my own I always eat a little bit as I am grating ;-)
Buying it in a pack means I just pour it on!!

Hi im new to slimming world could some one please tell me if im right in thinking two small white slices of warburtons bread are six sins without butter ? thanks x

You are better posting syn queries in the main syn values sub-forum where more people will see it. But to answer your question, take a look at the calories and it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

As Circes said try the Syn forum. But just looked up for you on SW

1 slice of thin white bread from a 400g loaf (ordinary white, Danish or Organic) is 3 syns so yes 2 slices = 6.
However, the crusty version of same sized loaf is 3.5 syns so 2 slices = 7

Banana and custard mullers are my new official favourite!

Yep! Syn values for mullerlights are the same irrespective of the plan. They are not all syn free though - check the first post

Not sure if this is the right place to post it, but I'd like to know if my lunch I made had any syns in. The bits im unsure about are the vegetable oxo cube, curry powder, corn flour and sesame seeds. Can anyone help?
Thank you!

Heads up people - apparently sweet and sour mugshot is no longer syn free and is now 2 syn! Don't know if other flavours are affected yet but will update as we find out.
