Just came back from weeks off plan and been in holiday and now weigh 139.4lbs! Devastated so I'm starting today super motivated!!
This week I'm trying to use the 10-15 syns each day and not carry them forward like I used to do.


Monday 17th June - green day

2 weetabix HEB
Skim milk from allowance - HEA
Tangerine

Pasta n sauce (half packet)
Cheese - HEA

Roast pork - HEB
Baby potatoes
Carrots
Gravy - 5 syns

2 boiled egg whites
Pickled onions
Wafer thin ham - 4 syns
Salad cream - 1.5 syns

Maggi so juicy - 5 syns (mum made it n didn't check syns first!!!)
only ate the chicken from this and about 3 spoonfuls of noodles and a small amount of sauce

Ended up having 2 weetabix and skimmed milk and 2 teaspoon sugar in work - this is roughly 16 syns a lot I know but I felt this was a better decision than eating a packet of crisps!

Lots of fruit
2 pints water

Syns - 32 argh :( gonna have to pull it back next few days

Date night with the bf was meant to be nandos then pics, nandos was too busy too wait as we would have missed the showing! Ended up at mcds as we were so starvin I got cheese melt dippers (15syns) n chicken nugget happy meal roughly 15syns also?

Then went to pics and thought sod it and ordered a ice cream Ben n jerrys 2 scoop - 15 syns also

68.5 syns argh

Disappointed with myself as this is the reason I'm overweight to begin with!!!!
Anyway just goin to draw a line and keep going I will get there eventually!

Do yesterday didnt go to plan! I had

Then had neice 6th party at 2-5 rushed home ate half pasta n sauce

Was at work 6-1 and was so busy so didnt have a thing to eat except a bag of fruit.

Went to mcds and got medium dries and ate 2 chicken selects eeeek 30 syns inc sauces

Syns too many!!
