Fresh start red & green days

I am going to make BNS & carrot soup cause can have that on a red day.
 
So I'm back :) 2 weeks off the diet and gained 5 pounds! Feel discusting I think that maintain on my 2nd week disheartened me, going to stick to it religiously now... X
 
Thursday- 10.85 EE

Weetabix (B) milk (4) & banana
Mullerlight
Ham & cheese (A) salad & mayo (2)
Apple
Mince, gravy(6), veg & new potatoes

A- Cheese
B- Weetabix
Syns- 12

Going to go shopping in a bit, then make my meals for tomorrow just had to use what I had today... Girl on a mission :)
 
Just made some chicken & veg rice for lunch tomoro and chicken sweetcorn soup for tea, had a taste of both then a hi fi bar, so syns for today r now 15 :-(
Going to try lose as much as I can this wk b4 I go bk to group next wk
 
Was doing so well today had a green day planned, then ended up going out for a meal with friends. Why does everything involve food arghh!

Circuit class & 20 stairs
Apple & 2 eggs
Rice, peppers, onion, quorn & soy sauce
Meal out- 23.5 syns

I haven't had my A or B choices I'm hoping it'll cover some of the cheese with my tea...

Just been to a weigh in I went for a change of group not sure if I liked it I wud prefer a Saturday morning weigh in tho. I was 10.65 so lost 2 pounds since thurs, and gained 3 since my last meeting 2 wks ago. Il forget about gains and loess and go with 10.65 it's 9 wks till Xmas I'd love to be under 10 stone by then.
Going to try a green day today the plan is a cooked breakfast, noodles & fruit for lunch, quorn burgers & SW chips for tea or maybe a curry... X
 
Saturday- Green

2 quorn sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes & beans
Pasta & sauce (A for milk), veg & apple
Mullerlight, tangerine & banana
Quorn burger (B) cheese slices (A) jacket potato, salad & mayo (2)

Iv ate quite a lot today but still been hungry, going to do a red or EE day tomoro and make a roast. Alcohol free wkend so fingers crossed I can stay out the fridge tonight! :) x
 
Had 2 alpin lights (B) & hot chocolate (3) tonight so 5 syns for today. How do ppl get thru night times without snacking... Total syns 40.5 / 70

Tomorrow's red day plan is fruit, gym, ham & eggs, roast dinner, then maybe a ham barm or something in the night time if I'm still hungry wiv my HE's

Sunday- Red

Banana
Toning & 30 cardio
Ham, eggs & tomatoes
Left over mince, gravy & pickled cabbage
Roast- beef, gammon, new potatoes & peas (2xB) & lots of superfree

Syns- gravy 8

Going to have a peppermint tea and hope this does me for the rest of the day :)
 
Just realised iv had 48.5 / 70 syns and it's only Sunday! 4 more days of 11.5, so basically less than 3 a day! Hmm I need to start thinking of 0 syn meals I can't have salad wivout dressing or veg wivout gravy I don't like the taste. Ideas welcome :) x


.... Adding to this iv just had a harvest morning cereal bar (3.5), tangerine & snack size caramel (3) so now I have 5 syns left! New plan :) I'm going to just draw a line, use 10 syns a day, lots of cardio and hope for a maintain on thurs. It's better than giving up altogether :)

2 pound gain since Saturday morning! I'm not sure if slimming world is working for me, I found my old ww books last nite I was 2 stone lighter doing this the weight seemed to fall off. I'm going to give this a go for 3 days and c how I get on il let u all no how it goes :)
