Extra Easy Fresh Stock - Syns or no Syns?

I know that stock cubes are syn free but am struggling to find anything that tells me whether I can use fresh chicken stock to make soup. One SW leader says yes but another I know said no!! Please help...

If you let it settle and take off the fat it should be okay as far as i'm aware xx
