Then I had a terrible lapse and ate 4 penguin bars and 3 snacks :( - so that if definately all the rest of my syns. Going to have to be a syn free as I can over the weekend.

8 months starting from now!...

It is 38 weeks until my 27th birthday and when I wanted to be at target.

If I lost 1.5lbs per week I could lose over 4 stone taking me into the 12 stone bracket that I would like to be in.

Today is a preparation day for my new start. I seem to have fresh starts every month but all I can do is keep going!

The fridge is full of fruit and veg and the choices are mine to make. The decision is mine to make if I want to eat something or not resulting in if I lose the weight or not.

If I stay on track by Christmas I could be around 2 stone lighter.

The things I am going to try and do to achieve this:

1. Make sure I drink 2 litres of water each day
2. For evening meals try and cut down portion size
3. On evening meals try and cut down on carbs- having salad/veg instead of potatoes.
4. When I am thinking of eating something I shouldn't come on here and write down what I am thinking.
5. Try and eat fruit for breakfast for 2 morning a week instead of something hot.
6. Try and cut down on bread and use other HEB's

Today I am going to make a big pot of chili, and make some of it into a chili lasagne bulked out with lots and lots of veggies. I might also make a pan of soup for lunches at work.

Day One....

I am counting today as day one- new start. Line--------- drawn under everything. 38 weeks from now who know where I will be, at least 3/4 stone down I hope.

Made a huge chili lasagne yesterday at 5 syn per portion and also have lots of fruit in the fridge, although I checked my book yesterday and grapes and blueberries are not speed or super speed fruits, so next week I will look at replacing my fruit salad with just s or ss foods. Maybe raspberries!

Day two!!

Well day one down! Good day, no snacking and no evening munchies. Weighed this morning and showing 15.7 1/2, have done for the last two days so a good sign for next weeks weigh if I can keep on track. Nurse on Friday so would really like to be around 15.6 by then. That would also give me my 2 stone shiney!

Well week is going well, had some chocolate last night first treat this week but within syns as have been under all week. Nurse weighs me tomorrow and then I weigh in as such on Monday. Showing 15. 6 1/2 this morning which would give me my 2 stone shiney but going to wait until Monday to weigh in properly and maybe will have lost more!!

I got a call about a new job yesterday and the recruiter is putting my cv forward for it. It is still being a PA for a Managing Director but it is a 3k pay rise, also still local to me,(well 10 miles) also pension, private health benefits and lunch voucher of £3 each day!! Sounds very attractive and hoping I get an interview. Would be a great boost to get it as I am not happy where I am and we desperately need the increase in money.

Well had another sneaky weigh this morning and 15.6 so hoping that is what shows when I go to the nurse tonight, I was 15.9 1/2 when I last weighed with her 4 weeks ago.

Keeping fingers crossed still that I get an interview for this job. It would be amazing and I am doing my own head in keep thinking about what if....!

Hopefully I will hear next week I just need to be patient.

Ohhh I just had a pre-weigh in sneaky weigh and it showed 15.5 1/4!! Oh I hope it says that tomorrow too!!

Also just counted I have eaten 11 eggs this week- does anyone think this is a bit excessive? If anyone reads this diary please could you let me have your opinion on this! :) Eggs seem to work well with me, they fill me up and I have ok losses when I eat a lot of them!!

Ohh this week has gone a bit up the creek, ended up having a bacon sandwich last, was mega hungry and had nothing in so that is what it ended up being :(
