Well Friday again hurrah! This weekend is going to be spent doing some coursework, weeding the garden and sticking on plan!

Hoping for a good loss this week. Seeing the nurse next Friday and would like to be 15.8 by then.

Had a sneaky peak at scales this morning and showing a 1lb loss, Monday is proper weigh day so see if anymore comes off before then.

Well weigh in tomorrow, still on 15.10 this morning so 1lb loss hopefully this week, see what the scales say in the morning.

I didn't give myself enough for dinner, (literally had 8 chips, 3 tiny burgers and salad) so I was still peckish. Normally I would have attacked some crisps or something but feeling very pleased with myself as I had:

Strawberries, grapes and a small banana all chopped up
Toffee muller light

I even have enough syns later for a nice cup of tea and something chocolatey :)

Progress

I feel like I have had a really good week this week. I have eaten tons of superfree and feel like I have really made some progress emotionally.

Things that have stood out for me this week:

*I have been having much smaller portions of carbs
*Sometimes I have even adapted meals, so instead of lasagne and chips that my partner had, I had a portion of lasagne with a massive portion of stir fry veg and do you know what- it was just as tasty :)
*I resisted chocolate digestives at work
*My partner sat and ate cheese and biscuits and I didn't touch them. (Usually I would have eaten half a block of cheese and half packet of biscuits.
*I feel different this week- I can see myself changing shape. Also my size 20 jeans are hanging off me :)

I am not a fast loser usually a 1lb a week if that. I don't exercise so I can't expect much more, but I am happy its coming off and I am changing the way I think about things.

Tuesday 10/5/11
Feeling good this morning! Did my normal morning weigh and I was praying to show 15.9 something or other and it flashed up15.8 1/2!! Hurrah! Do I think I could be on for a good loss this week if I keep on plan.

I see the nurse Friday and wanted to be at least 15.8 so fingers crossed :fingerscrossed: Only 2 more lbs and I will have a new 2 stone shiny!

Feeling really positive about plan this week, I feel like I can actually do it this time. Head is in a good place with regards to food!

Some bad news last night though my poor sisters little cat got run over on the road by her house. The neighbour saw it, the person was speeding, hit poor Dora and then just drove off :( Very sad.

So good today:

Edit: We have decided on a Chinese for tea as OH been away, we got nothing in, can't be bothered to go to supermarket and I have been so extra good this week :)

I will be having some special chow mein, salt and pepper chicken and shredded beef. I am allowing the rest of today's syn (11) and syns saved from yesterday (10) and also an extra 5! So in total allowing 26 which should cover it I would hope!

Weekly syn used: 35/105

So extra good for the rest of the week so hopefully a good loss on Friday for the nurse :)

Well Wednesday already, this year seems to be flying along which is great as it was always going to be a hard year for us. Things start easing up a bit next year and then 2013 is our year... Florida, houses and babies! Roll on 2013!

Not sure anyone is reading but diary is helping me keep on track. Nurse on Friday so got to stay good, although mums birthday tomorrow, parents are coming up and I am making lemon drizzle cake tonight from the hairy bikers cook book!

I am going up to Newcastle this weekend and am a bit upset that I just am not going to be able to stay on plan. Saturday night we are going to a Eurovision night so will be drinking- We never go out as we have no friends in Lincoln, going to my OH's best friends house for drinks and stuff so going to have a drink and try and have some fun as never do anything socially.

So Saturday is off plan, I have asked OH if we can have something to eat before we go so I won;t want to pick at all the crisps and pizzas they will buy.

But other than than will be at OH's parents house so going to find it difficult to be on plan. Just going to have to be as good as I can I suppose and then get back on it when we come back on Monday. Just being silly :(

Well been off plan for the weekend as been away visiting OH's family and seeing friends. Have been bad but back on plan tomorrow.

To catch up, I went to the nurse on Friday and weighed in at 15.9 1/2 which was a 1.5lbs loss for me last week. Only 3lbs to go until 2 stone lost now so got to keep going.

Starting back on plan tomorrow and my plan for the week will look something like this:

Wednesday
B- Boiled eggs, ham and 1 slice toast (1) (HEB)
L- Ham salad with coronation coleslaw (3.5) fruit salad and Muller light.
Snack- Banana
T- Chicken and chorizo (2) risotto with onion, sweetcorn, courgette and peppers.
Total: 6.5

Thursday
B- Special K with banana (HEB) (2)
L- Cottage pie (2) fruit salad and Muller light
T- Pork curry with rice (8)
Total: 12

Friday
B- Boiled eggs, ham and 1 slice toast (HEB) (1)
L- Chicken tikka and coronation coleslaw salad (6) with cracker bread. Fruit salad with Muller light.
T- Fish (1) with vegetables and wedges
Total: 8

 


Back to work today, glad to get back on track. Much easier when at work!

Well another day on plan, feeling good, had a few too many syns last night but all ok!

It is my sisters birthday in June and also going to see my best friend for the first time this year. She lost about 4 stone on ww a few years ago and would like to have lost a bit more to see her :) I hope that I can look as good as her soon!

Well done about 2 hours gardening today- I hate gardening! At least it was a little bit of exercise. I really need to do some more, maybe next week I will start riding my bike back from work.

I am not going to lose this week, I have had a bit of an off week but maintaining so that is good. I need to step it up next week, 3 weeks until the nurse weighs me again and 5 weeks until my sisters birthday do which I really wanted to be around 15.2 for which is another 7 lbs to lose.

Right fresh start this week. Asda shop coming at lunchtime so no excuses. I am only 1.5lbs off 2 stone shiney now.

Well I weighed this morning and was 15.7 1/2! Hurrah! It has moved finally. Going to have a really good week and see if I can get that other lb off to get my 2 stone shiney!!

Feeling good and positive after this mornings scales movement! Only 1lb to go until 2 stone now :)
