2 slice 400g wholemeal toast (HEB) (2)
Low fat spread (2)
Apple
Lunch
Left over chicken and chorizo egg fried rice (1)
Strawberry, grapes and blueberries
Muller light (1)
Special K bar (4.5)
Tea
Chicken chunks (6)
Chips (4)
Baked beans
Total syns 20.5 plus the penguins
Weekly syns: Around 110
Then I had a terrible lapse and ate 4 penguin bars and 3 snacks - so that if definately all the rest of my syns. Going to have to be a syn free as I can over the weekend.
So stupid.
