I think that healthy eating and exercise will help you keep the weight off long term as well, because by the time you're at goal it will be a lot more of a habit.
Slim, - you beat me this week and I am on full abstinence. I think that it is great that you have lost more than 1/4 stone on RTM so far!
Corey, I am starving today too - must be the thought that I ordered 7 (horrible) veg instead of 7 (reasonably OK - if you eat the powder) mushroom.
Maggie still has not returned my call and I don't know if I can face the veg! I'm due to eat 1 at 6 - I'm hungry as hell and gutted that i cocked the order up!
Glad overall people's days are going well.
Just now my mum called and asked if i wanted Indian tonight and i initially considered it but decided to opt for some lovely tuna nicoise salad instead!
So i'm pretty chuffed with myself
