I was expecting worse to be honest, lots of fried breakfasts, tea and scones and copious amounts of wine but I did climb a few hills and do some long walks as well.

Im a Friday WI....just following WW at home...totally agree that a Friday is the best day to Weigh...cos it doesnt get in the way of the weekend lol
