4.5lb weight loss this week, that's a big one for me as usually I only lose 1 or 2lbs... but I was expecting something bigger as I've just come back from holiday and a 9 and a half lb weight gain last sat. Nice to be back on track, looking forward to getting that 5lbs off so I can be back where I was before the holiday and back on track for my target by Christmas.
