From my fitness pal there's at least a few of us who weigh on a Friday so thought we could have a thread!
I'm down 5lbs this week.
Need to try and stop eating chocolate & crisps everyday tho. I wasn't to begin with but it seems to have become a habit rather than having them when I really fancy them. Think from Monday I'm going to try and go the rest of the week without chocolate and see how it goes.
