Friday weighers??

I'm peed off because I appear to have GAINED 0.2-0.4lbs this week after 2 rubbish losses the previous 2 weeks. Going to give it an hour then weigh again I'm not logging this weight no way! haha. And my only cheat was ONE SMALL piece of KFC chicken...chicken! (I know it's coated in carbs but....)

....OK weighed again and settled for a STS. This is ridiculous - the past couple weeks I've had low losses and thought 'oh well I'll get a good one next week' and now this is the THIRD rubbish weigh in - I've lost 2.8lbs in 3 WEEKS of VLCD! Including my birthday where I didn't have ANYTHING nice apart from a little chicken when I baked goodies for everyone else...

I do feel a bit...bloated today...but I did have a poop last night so don't think I'm constipated

trying to look at the bigger picture but failing atm!!

Oh noo.... I wonder why?! There must be a reason why your not losing. Are you doing simplicity or lifestyle? Maybe up the water intake by another litre or try just having 4 shakes?

I've been doing three packs and protein no veg. I did have one piece of KFC on weds but....

I'll just keep on keeping on...
 
2lbs off this week. It seems that my losses are starting to slow down now that im getting closer to my goal. I know its a loss, but I would hope to of lost a little more. x
 
1.8 off for me this week, which is better than last week's STS. I did have some extras on Sat and Monday, but from Tuesday have strictly been 3 packs and 2 eggs...so hopefully this time next week I should have a better result to post....Good Luck all other Friday weighers!!
 
3 1/2 pounds for me this week... Would have liked a pound or 2 more seeing as I only lost a pound last week but it's still good I suppose x x
 
Well done everyone! Ive just lost another measley 2lbs again this week. Ive been on plan % and havent cheated but i suppose i need to be patient. x

I know how u feel... I had 1 pound loss last week and 3 1/2 this week... 4 pounds in 2 weeks doesn't seem very much when u do this 100%!

But the bigger picture is that I have lost 24 pounds in 6 weeks so not so bad if I look at it like that x
