well done to all.
I'm 1.5 pound off so 13.9 1/2. Another loss next week hopefully - and I'll reach my first stone off. Think the downside to the upside is that I have been in denial about how much extra weight I've been carrying and still am. But I'm on the way now. I have another one and a half stone to lose - ideally two. Am finding it hard to hit the big losses - it's going slowly. Sorry this is a rant. See you next week.
