From 22 to 12 - new to WW

I have about 8 stone to lose. But every long journey starts with a single step, so here's mine.

Feel free to pull me up if I'm doing it wrong.

Breakfast

3 wheat biscuits - 5
300ml skimmed milk - 3
Handful strawberries

Lunch

3 slices wholemeal bread - 7
2 sliced boiled egg - 4
4 tbsp hellmans extra light - 1
Mixed lettuce

Dinner

100g pasta - 10
40g pesto - 5
Roasted veggies

Snacks

Ww bar - 2
Half punnet grapes - 0

36 dailies used and 1 weekly
 
Intake looks good :) I love pesto<3 Good luck with weightwatchers! i only joined late May and i find it great and i still have the freedom for treats; no self deprivation ;]
 
I have not stopped eating today. I have been like a woman possessed! I have pointed it all, but I don't know where it's all gone. All I can put it down to is that I am due on and I 'need' to be stuffing my face lol. Here goes...

Breakfast

Oats so simple golden syrup - 4
Skimmed milk - 2
Chopped banana

Lunch

250g jacket potato - 9
Half can beans - 4

Snacks

2 fibre plus bars - 6
1 ww bar - 2
2 muller yoghurts - 4
Strawberries and melon

Dinner

I'm making chicken wraps and chips with roasted veg but I haven't pointed it yet. Will def need some of my weeklys today
 
Here is the rest of my days food. It is horrendous reading, but I did point it and took it out of my weeklies

Dinner

2 wholemeal wraps - 6
150g chicken- 6 (oxo stock cube - 1)
Extra low Mayo - 1
Roasted veg
300g - boiled/baked chips - 6
4 ww eclairs - 8

Total today -57
Weeklies left - 25

This diet is weird, I've had a mammoth eating weekend and I'm still within my extra points. As this is my first week, I've not been very well Prepared, I expect from Monday/Tuesday it will be better. Until then I have to make it up as I go

Breakfast

Oats so simple - 3
Muller yogurt - 2
banana
(a cold porridge mix, it was yummy, I had to eat on the run this morning)

Lunch

3 slices wholemeal bread - 7
1 tin tuna - 3
4 tbsp light Mayo - 1
Left over roasted veg - 0

Dinner

Cheeseburger - 8
Medium fries - 9
(then my little girl didn't eat hers, so I finished it) 17

Total points - 52
Weeklies left - 8

I think the rest if the week will be easier as I'll be at home and work (not running around everywhere)

I feel like I have cheated even though I have pointed everything. It's kind therapeutic to see it written down cos I say to myself 'I didn't need all that'. But don't feel guilty about being 'bad'.

I dont care what anyone says, being fat is all in the head, not the body!!

This plan is the best! U can have ur treats and still lose weight :) together we will do it :) xx
 
Missed a few (bad) days. Mainly due to planning, but back on track

Dinner

Ww recipe cottage pie - 12

Snacks

Ham sarnie - 3 (all weighed and pointed)
2 mullers, one with strawberries, other with melon - 4
Ww bar 2
2 crab sticks 1

Total points 39

Gonna try and cut down on the snacks!!!

Really good thanks - I have a weight loss diary on the other section (warts n all it's called) if u wanna read about my antics lol

I'm really loving this diet. I didn't do great on the first week, but this week i have really hot into the swing of it.
