2 sliced boiled egg - 4
4 tbsp hellmans extra light - 1
Mixed lettuce
Dinner
100g pasta - 10
40g pesto - 5
Roasted veggies
Snacks
Ww bar - 2
Half punnet grapes - 0
36 dailies used and 1 weekly
