Well done everyone who is still on the challenge. i have a confession to make, i have lost the plot. Lots of things have been going on and the last thing on my mind was to diet too, so have gained 4lb how over all and going to put my hands up and say that I am going to leave it til the new year now. Best to be honest with myself and that way i can really hit it big time 1st week in Jan.

Not been on here for a few weeks - been gaining and losing the same 3lbs, clearly doing something wrong but dunno what!

Hope everyone else is doing great and is getting close to their xmas goals

I keep gaining and losing getting in and out of the 10s which is very frustrating but i know it's because i was being naughty! haha

Pesty, I dont keep a food diary but may have to over the next weeks. It has to be something to do with the eating as am exercising 4times a week (x2 spin and x2 box-r-circuits) and I dont faff around with exercise I put my all into every class so... *shrug*
 
How long have you been flutuating over the 3lbs? With lots of exercise you have to increase the amount your eating (free and sfree foods of course) as you will be burning more off.

Also your water intake has to increase significantly to stop water retention. I always gain when i exercise, mainly due to the above.

Start a diary or give us an example day to look at, im not sure we'll be able to point out anything specific but its worth a check if the flutuations are random xx

Been fluctuating about a month now - there is def change in body shape and tone though :)

I'll have to start a food diary this week as I cant even tell you have I've been eating yesterday never mind the whole week (2 babies to deal with so brain scrambled)!

Really appreciate the advice, think I've been eating about the same amount even with the exercise and also water intake had def gone down, used to be 3ltrs a day, now bearly do 1ltr so that may also have something to do with it.

Again really appreciate the feedback - will start my diary on Sunday!
