Hope all weighers manage to get there tonight....and have good results.

We had a bit more snow today...but a bit of a thaw too, trouble is the temp has dropped real quickly since it got dark & OH says it all Black ice where its re frozen now :eek: local weather says were at -12 tonight Brrrr.

Sorry i havent been on Massive snow issues!! Thanks for the well dones on my loss tho :)

Essex is terrible at the moment, the snow has FINALLY stopped but we are all ice now haha.

Ive been ok foodwise this week, a few days over and a few under syns. Ive got the girls coming over tomorrow night so there will be lots of wii dancing for body magic and im going to make a pasta and chicken bits and potato skins to make up for the naughtiness im sure they'll bring lol.

Well Ive got 1.5 sleeps to go !!!! whoohooo *inner child escapes again* I say 1.5 as we have to set off at 3 in the morning on monday.....but I cant see me going to bed somehow :eek:

Anyhow....Il try get on tomorrow - Im in a bit of a quandry at the moment....OH has just come to the conclusion that unless he wears 1 pair of shorts & 2 shirts over the entire 4 weeks - then he is going to HAVE to relent and let me pack 2 cases & use both our full luggage allowances (So maybe I was a little mean packing all my stuff first....but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do :D).my flipping meds take up ALL my hand luggage tho :eek:...and they have trolleys-and porters at the hotel...and I get wheelchair assistance so its not like he HAS to carry it all :rolleyes:

Right off to have a little sit down and wait for him to quit moaning with his beer :p x x

have a good holiday hon, hope everyone is well, did not make it to my xmas do on friday did not think it was worth the risk going across to carlisle in the snow......

so saved syns from then but have had them yesterday oops never mind ________________________ start again today. I prefer summer much easier to stick to
 
Hellooo!

It was Minx in laws annual christmas lighting up extravaganza last night. Each year about now we go round, put up her christmas lights, she does a bit of a buffet for us and she loves it because it really makes her feel that Christmas is on the way.

This year, of course, I have been been super good but last week I had as you know, a bit of a gain, so I was hoping to get it off this week at WI.

Well not if Minx in law has anything to do with it I wont be!!!

There was not one single solitary SW friendly foodstuff on that table. White bread sandwiches, thick with butter and meat. Jacket Potatoes, middles scooped out, mashed with cheese and butter, and grilled. (One of my favourite things ever...), chocolate cake, biscuits, pate, cheeseboard, crisps, mulled wine (3 bottles and only 3 of us that could drink it because two were driving). I dont drive. :/

Soooooo... wish me luck for tonight. I have been good for the rest of the week and probably had some syns to spare but as you know I dont really do carbs much and there was nothing BUT carbs. So I am REALLY not optimistic.

Keep everything crossed. Please. :D
 
Oh dear, Minxface. But at least you'd had the rest of the week of being super good. Imagine if you'd been only kind of ok, or even actually bad, for the rest of the week too.

I'm all crossed, double crossed and triple crossed. Which is making typing this quite difficult. So as soon as you can let me out of my very uncomfortable position, I'd be very grateful!

Right, I'm blimmin starvin, so I'm going to hobble painfully towards the microwave, and try to move enough limbs to heat up my superfree soup.

I have been very very bad :(

It was the christmas vegan fayre yesterday. I've eaten 3 massive sugar filled cupcakes. They were awesome but they made me feel sick after. There were also a lot of free samples that I couldn't help but eat. And then a cheezly burger..and southern fried chick'n... Not looking forward to WI tomorrow!

Never mind. Cos you didn't make it last week either, did you. So with 2 weeks of loss, less one really bad day, you still might be ok? Mightn't you?

And remember: the week you lost 6, you'd eaten Chinese!

I had a wedding, where I didn't eat on plan. But I could have been a lot worse. And the passion fruit creme brulee was awesome!

I'll keep stuff crossed for you, and you keep stuff crossed for me, and we'll see how we do.

(I can't start crossing it yet, though, cos it's all crossed for the Minxster, and I can't physically cross ANYTHING else.)
 
hi all hope you are well, hope it goes ok on weigh day for you veg. Think am losing my way again (pathetic really arn't i) but gonna keep going and keep trying even if i muck up. which i did this week too. have asked santa for some willpower and some motivation and i heard a whisper its in his sack for me lol
 
Phew. That's quite a relief.

And would it be ok if I had the night to get my limbs back to normal shape before starting to cross everything again tomorrow? Or do I have to start again immediately?

Im reporting a massive gain of 4.5lbs, so i have 9lbs til target and have undone a lot of good work - I WILL GET IT OFF NEXT WEEK!!!

I am positive and am going to work hard to make sure that this week was a random blip of food weight and toilet fairies with a deserved gain on roughly 2lb. I certainly dont think the whole 4.5lb was my naughtiness as that's crazy!!

Anyway like i said it will be off next week!!

HLV - such a shame that being bad is so very very good? Ne'rmind tis a fault in us all at this time of year so look at it like that - once new year is over then you have a whole 11 months to get it sorted again!

Minxy - is you now a yoyoer?
 
Good afternoon

Its getting harder and harder to get online at the moment.

Pesty, as Margy said, its that time of year and you will have oodles of time to get it back off in the new year.

I have given up on loosing anything now, its hard to maintain at the moment, 2 meals out this week and night on the tiles with friends. Have got to miss WI and will get back on it after Christmas now. That sounds so bad doesn't it!! I'm not going to justify it at all, things still aren't good at home, after the weekend away, things went back to how they were :(. I need to sort out my emotional eating.. when I am unhappy I pick, when i am stressed I can't eat, then have to eat whatever I can stomache and its not always good things either. Hey Ho. Looking forward and into the new year too, back to the gym, and back to weekly WI's 1st week in Jan.

So not quite.. Given up, as still making good choices on the days I am not out.. But..there goes my Christmas Challenge. It'll be a new year challenge that i will need to get my A..e into gear now.

Well done on your loss Minxy, thats blooming great at this time of the year :).

Ronnie, i will join you in that Santa request ;).
