    Hiya. I am starting another diary. But this time I mean business. 2004-2006 I did ww and lost 56lbs. And then proceeded to regain it all (and a bit extra as well).

    I have since tried sw and failed miserably. So I am returning to ww. I am 40 in December and want to be "fab at 40" not fat at 40"!!!!

    A little bit about me. I am a mum of 5 (ages 23, 20, 19, 15 and 12. And a grandma of 2 (ages 2 and nearly 3). And have another grandchild due in October. I am a student midwife, in the middle of exams and stressed to the max.

    I am joining group this week as I need the motivation of someone else weighing me.

    Sorry I haven't updated my diary dince I started it. I have been preparing for an exam and have been stressed out to the max. So the plan went out of the window for the last few weeks.

    Exam was this morning. Not too sure how I've done.

    So back on track tomorrow :)
