Anyway, today is an anniversary of sorts. Not mean much to some, but to me it is a very important one.

It is one year today that I last stepped on a set of scales and seen the first two digits as 12

I've managed sub-12st ever since and feel in control for the first time ever.

I know I can veer from target to out of target and back, but sub-12 for 12 months is great for me

I'm currently sub-11st, now if I could manage that for 12 months........ well I'd admit my journey wasn't over, but successful

Hope my positive feeling for today reaches out to everyone

Thought I'd post this one as work might have a good attempt at spoiling my day - have a great weekend all
