I am rather lazy when it comes to preparing veg, and find it much easier to buy the frozen stuff.
I have looked in my shopping guide and it clearly states that cauliflower, brocolli and carrots are 0 pts. However the frozen mixed veg shows 1/2 pt per serving???
    Can anybody explain please.
    Thanks

The ingredients list, green beans (0), broccoli (0) and carrots (0)
Per serving is 137kj, with no saturated fat.
I am confused, I like to have a lot of veg, so should I point it or not?
