Hi all, just switched from SW...starting tomorrow so browsing this forum for inspiration and advice...

Can anyone point me in the direct of where I can find points values for fruit? I can't afford to go to a class so doing it myself for now until the money situation changes. I normally snack on apples, pears, plums etc but I know they have a points value, just not sure what.

Any help is appreciated

Not sure where comprehensive list but

apples 0.5
pear 0.5
plums (2) 0.5
satsumas (2) 0.5
banana 1.5

some of the small/kids size apples are 2 for 0.5pt, goodluck with ww x
