Since starting, am just beginning week 6, I've been sleeping like a baby (7 / 8 hours, only getting up for the loo!). Everyone says they have bags of energy but, although I wake refreshed, by mid afternoon I'm flagging and could do with a nap which I never do. Is it just me? I'm guessing it's lack of calories, I'm not a great exerciser but am moving house soon so am constantly on the go. Any thoughts, advice, reassurance I'm normal please??!! xx
