Thought this looks like a good idea,
so here goes, any advice would be great.

Monday 11th August

Breakfast - Ready Brek with skimmed milk.

Dinner - mixed salad with 2 boiled eggs, toms, lettuce, ham, cucumber.

Tea - Chicken and mushrooms fried in fry light with salad,

Snacks - low fat cheese spread on toast x2
Banana, apple and grapes

Syns - 2 Bacardis and diet coke 10
small potatoes 2
Sugar in tea 6
Total 18!!! Least the bacardi has all gone!

Tuesday 12th Aug

Breakfast - Ready brek with skimmed milk

Dinner - Cheese spread and ham sandwich.

Tea - minced beef, mushrooms, tomoatoes and mixed salad.

Snacks - apples, banana, grapes

Syns - Cereal 5. Gravy 1. Sugar 8. Total 14.

because i just cant see it!
And im waiting for the rain to stop so i can go and get a couple of diff sweetners reccommended!

Wednesday 13th Aug

Breakfast - Toast with marg & marmalade

Dinner - cheese spread and ham sarnie

Tea - spag bolo with mixed salad instead or pasta yum!

Snacks - grapes, melon, banana, apple.

Syns - Cereal 5. Marg and Marm 2. Sugar 8 (forgot to buy sweetner)!!!!! Total 15

Dinner - supernoodles

Tea - couscous

Snacks - eggs on toast
Toast and marmalade.

Syns - marm 2. Sugar 4. Ready brek 5.
Bread x2 8. Total -19 oppps

Hi hun, looking good.

Just a tip - instead of wasting syns of marg and marmalade, why not have a tin of beans (green) / spaghetti (green) / poached eggs (both) instead. Thats what I do, plus I find it fills me up longer.

How are you finding the plan? x

Hiya, ive got to have my marmalade,
its my sweet treat :D

im ok with the plan, just finding my feet, just had quorn sausages which were ok, and beans and mash, bit too stodgy for me, prefer pasta or noodles, but its all about sussing it out i guess!!

How are you getting on

toast and marm.

Syns - marm 2. sugar 8. Readybrek 5.

Tea - Quorn sausages, mash and bakedbeans.

Snacks - Banana, apple, toast with marm.

Syns - Sugar 6. Noodles 6 1/2. Mash 2 1/2.

Hi Gabby,

Great that you are writing everything down, but where are your A choices - very important, are you using toast (wholemeal) as B choice.In my opinion you are having too many sins,aim for 70 over the week.I have been on SW 6 weeks lost 17.50 lbs.It is my 3rd attempt over the last 4 years and I am determined to do it this time -
no messing around - My sweet treat is triple choc skinny cow with chopped banana (5.50 syns)

Wednesday 20th Breakfast - Didnt fancy any!!

Dinner - Egg, beans and quorn sausages
(made up for no brekkie)

Tea - Spag bolo with salad instead pasta

Snacks - Fruit, muller

Sugar in tea - 2 Syns (got my sweetners
this afternoon, so byebye sugar syns) :D

you are allowed 15 a day. keep doing what you're doing and then if your weightloss slows down you can cut your sins a little bit or change what you're eating. i try to have around 10 sins a day, but i am very inactive.... i don't exercise regularly and my job involves alot of sitting on my arse. :)
