Thought this looks like a good idea,
so here goes, any advice would be great.
Monday 11th August
Breakfast - Ready Brek with skimmed milk.
Dinner - mixed salad with 2 boiled eggs, toms, lettuce, ham, cucumber.
Tea - Chicken and mushrooms fried in fry light with salad,
Snacks - low fat cheese spread on toast x2
Banana, apple and grapes
Syns - 2 Bacardis and diet coke 10
small potatoes 2
Sugar in tea 6
Total 18!!! Least the bacardi has all gone!
