I know, i know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but I do. Every morning before I eat or get dressed.

Anyway I did Day 1 well started 203, and Day 2 I lost 1 lb and weighed 202. Then Today I weighed 204.4

Yesterdays Menu
Breakfast - Banana shake
Lunch - Salmon/veg/salad
Tea - Chocolate shake
Snacks - Cereal bar (105 cals) and apple

Cross Trainers 45 mins (485 cals)
Walk to and from gym, 45mins
Weights 15mins
Bike 20 mins

Water = 5 glasses and 1 750ml bottle.

My weight doesn't normally change much, and I am not due on.
Confused why I gained, scared to weigh myself tomorow morning lol. 204 is my new highest weight.

your weight can fluctuate between a 1 or 2 lbs a day depending on loads of different things
i must have lost about 3lbs when i went for one this morning lmfao thought i was never getting off the loo lol
Dont get discouraged Alot of factors contribute to weight gain that has nothing to do with the actual gain of fat ( adipose). The amount of salt can be a factor seeing as just a lil more salt int he diet a day can make you retain water. another factor can be the amount of waste that is carried in your bowels. This Morning I was up a pound and of course our hearts sink we see this but I know my weigh in isnt until monday . Its also helpful to measure ur body cause that helps if you ever stall sometimes our bodys are changing but not losing. just stay on track and Im sure you will lose those pounds :0) have a great slimming Thursday!
2lb a week is a very realistic goal nice and slow weight loss so chances are it will stay off
i am a scale addict also and weigh every morning. the numbers do differ by a pound or two. i use my weekly weigh day and stick with whatever i am on that and go by it but i like to keep track and weigh every day. not good i know :sigh:

Weighed this morning and I was 201.
Strange really. Didn't have a huge poo lol.

Actually the only difference I had is that i never went tothe gym
