    I got some Garlic Granules in a spice jar aldi's version of schwartz style herbs and spices, and was wandering if it is still free or syns? :confused:

    has it got nutritional information on it?

    If so it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

    otherwise you need to look at the ingredients list, as it will depend on the ingredients. All gravy granules are syns, so I would imagine this is too.

    Its powder just like chilli powder and curry spices no NV's on the spice jar either

    it is free if just garlic powder i use the one from lidls saves crushing garlic if i only need 1 clove
