Garlic Granules from Aldi

I got some Garlic Granules in a spice jar aldi's version of schwartz style herbs and spices, and was wandering if it is still free or syns?

has it got nutritional information on it?

If so it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

otherwise you need to look at the ingredients list, as it will depend on the ingredients. All gravy granules are syns, so I would imagine this is too.

Its powder just like chilli powder and curry spices no NV's on the spice jar either

it is free if just garlic powder i use the one from lidls saves crushing garlic if i only need 1 clove
