Has any one heard of gastric band hypnosis.
Apparently they hyptnotise you to help you loose weight.
Under hypnosis your body would be prepared as if you were about to undergo gastric band surgery
during the final session you would be taken through the procedure of an actual operation, when you woke up your body would feel and act as though a gastric band had been fitted. Cost approx €900 - a lot less than surgery. you have several session to work throught the reasons why you might be comfort eating. during the lase session you are talked through every stage of the gastric band surgery even pumping the smells and sounds of surgery into the office. there was an article on it in BELLA in August but gave no contact no or website.
