Naughty Gym!!! I had just finished 2 classes and was starving, as per ususal, so i went to buy a banana and they didnt have any :mad: I ended up buying the most SW friendly cereal bar which was a Special K original bar so i need to find out the syn value, it was 88 cal so im guess around 4 1/2. I might add, it was very tasty as well!
