    Monday 4th Jan -(back on the plan) Green day

    Breakfast

    28g Honey nut shreddred wheat (hexa B)
    350ml skimmed milk (used though out the day) hexa A
    Bananna

    Snacks
    2 satsumas

    Dinner

    Pasta salad made with peppers, celery, sweetcorn, cucumber, fat free salad dressing
    mullerlight

    Tea

    Omellette with cheese (28g hexa) mushrooms slimming world chips and beans

    Choc highlight 2.5 sins

    Total Sins 2.5

    2 weetabix (heab)
    350ml skimmed milk (heaa)

    Dinner

    Morrison veg ravioli 2.5 syns and savory rice
    mullerlight
    Apple,satsuma,kiwi fruit

    Tea

    Lean Mince beef chilli with jacket pots
