Well since my last post here about three wks I think, did my measurements tonight, 3 inches gone from my waistline, woohoo

So pleased my hour glass figure is returning.

Haven't measured in a few weeks, nearly a stone off now. I'l measure again on Saturday but can definitely notice a difference in my face and bust maybe a small difference in waist and the tops of my legs but i'l see on Saturday

I lost it from my face down and feet up lol

Finally coming off my midsection now

Just started back on the plan this week and took my measurements to start so will keep a track of how it goes.
