getting back on the SW wagon...

    is so bloody hard! I should be finding it easy but I'm not. Think I might go shopping today and get loads more past in sauces and mug shots. Need to find something that i can have whilst at uni, the canteen is so overpriced and the cheapest thing was a flapjack so i bought one today :S well i had two bites and realised i didnt really want to bugger everything up. When I got home i threw out the double cream that was left. How to other people manage to get through days when they struggle?

    Try not to have anything in the house you're not allowed.
    Go for a walk, go on the PC or do something other than thinking about food.
