Hi Ladies and gents My name is Emma and have just started slimming world, half a week in, and enjoying it so far. Im off work ill, and finding that i just want to talk about the diet and food all the time (in a positive diet friendly way), thought maybe this would help so my husband doesnt get too bored of me talking rubbish! Havent had my first way in yet but feeling already less bloated. I am nervous about weigh in, cant believe i can eat all this lovely food and still lose weight, but heard and read nothing but positive comments, so im super happy. Anybody got any great tips?
