Getting started on Rosemary Conley

Hi all,

Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I am starting off on my Rosemary Conley journey tonight (would have started yesterday but there are no classes near me on a Monday :cool:)

I'm no stranger to dieting but I am a stranger to RC, but I'm really looking forward to it (but not the weigh in bit!)

I've got a LOT of weight to lose, but am hugely impressed with what I've seen on here, and in the magazine.

So - wish me luck! and I'll be around on these boards loads to nick all your wonderful ideas!

Hi Rachael,

Good luck on your RC journey. Its a great diet and simple to follow.

If you need any advice, there is usually someone around who can point you in the right direction.
Hi there, i am also quite a newbie, still learning the ropes at the moment, lots of help and support available though!
Don't forget to check out the recipes, and also you could post your daily food diary for someone to check over if you have any queries.

well got my first weigh in tonight....bit nervous but fingers crossed!!

Well I lost 1.5lb which wasn't fantastic for my first week but then I have to confess that things kind of went a bit screwy at the weekend. but a loss is a loss and its going in the right direction which I am more than happy about.

I now need a coping strategy to deal with all the chocolate and goodies which will be hanging around this weekend! Basically I plan to ignore them.
