Getting to goal this time - my last ever food diary!

Well I'm just off to work.. Hoping I can avoid food again whilst there tonight! Managed to last night so that gives me some hope :) damn working in an amazing restaurant haha!!

Anyway, have got my snack lined up for when I get in so that should help keep me focused! Got a teeny portion of leftover pasta bake and a choc orange Hifi bar! I shall be looking forward to it all night :)

Do you? What a small world eh :) I love it there but the food is soon tempting and the chefs are always asking us to try things so can make it a bit difficult to stick to plan at times. Not done too badly tonight, just tucking into my supper now :) x

Doing so well until food at work tonight! Ate a loooad of bad stuff.. Hopefully I can pull it back if I'm good tomorrow and Tuesday! Xx

I'm not surprised you find it hard, night shifts and long hours must make it really tough! I don't think I would be able for night shifts, and I'm always in awe of anyone who can!x
